Consulting Rates

For consulting projects without a monthly commitment, I charge $350/hour.
For longer term projects, the rates below are for a 3 month minimum commitment.

At the end of the initial term, we'll discuss if additional work is needed and identify the best path forward.

We spend the first 3 months together* tackling the big problems facing your business.
End Goal - To remove friction and frustrations for you and your team and to create a framework for growing your business in a sustainable way
**1. 🔬Discovery - ** We'll start with a discovery session, where you bring me up to speed on the business, we review the financials, and you share the biggest problems facing the business. I'll assist in compiling and analyzing your data and share feedback from my time running a small business and helping others grow theirs.
2. 🎯Strategy - I'll facilitate strategy sessions where we'll come up with a gameplan on how to improve your business. We'll look for quick wins around your immediate needs and go department by department to find other areas of improvement.
3. ✔️Implementation - Based on what we find, I'll help with implementing the strategy. This can consist of developing tools & systems for employees to use, performing financial analysis, and providing ongoing strategic support.

*After the initial 3 months, we can evaluate the best path forward. If things have improved and less support is required 🤞, we can transition to a less intensive approach.Terms - A 50% deposit of the project fee will be required to begin work. The remaining amount will be due after 45 days. Overages, if they occur, will be billed twice monthly. Any unused hours do not roll over.For impromptu consulting work, I charge $350/hour.
